The creative team should meet together and carefully consider the way they are going to work together. In particular, think about.
- The respective time contributions of each team member
- If any IP was previously developed and by whom
- If there are any unequal financial contributions
- If there are any experiential differences in the team and or if there are any other distinct contributions
Think about how best to distribute voting rights and in doing so please take account of:
- Whether everyone needs to vote and / or
- Whether it makes sense for those who are voting to have an equal vote, and
- Consider the UKGTF guidelines HERE regarding choosing a majority percentage
